WHAT RLP PLANNING PROMISES

We assess general permitted development opportunities and prepare and submit planning applications.

We prepare and provide supporting statements and reports to the Local Authority and we enter into negotiations with them.


We always give consideration to Planning obligations and developer contributions.

We follow through by attending Planning Committee meetings.If there are objections we submit representations to support our clients.

Our expertise extends to heritage and conservation issues.

 

Fees are negotiable dependent upon the nature of the work.

Fees can be per hour, or a fixed fee for a project.

Alternatively, they can be a discounted hourly rate with bonus for successful outcome.


In limited circumstances we are willing to consider "no win, no fee".
